Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using No Vape Today ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

No Vape Today is a mobile application designed to help users track their progress in quitting vaping. The App provides tools for daily commitment tracking, streak monitoring, accountability groups, and AI-powered support. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any information that changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial of premium features. No payment is required during the trial period.

Subscription Plans

Premium subscriptions are available as monthly, quarterly, or lifetime purchases. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Monthly and quarterly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
  • Scrape, collect, or harvest user data

Accountability Groups

When you join or create accountability groups, your username, first name, and progress data (streaks, check-ins) will be visible to other group members. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

AI Features

The App includes AI-powered features for support and reflection. These features are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. AI responses are not medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional healthcare. If you are experiencing a health emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Health Disclaimer

The App is a self-help tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The health milestone information is based on general research and may not apply to your individual circumstances. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by No Vape Today and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO VAPE TODAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
